I know that she got photoshopped, but the pose is pretty awesome. I do not think that I would want my pictures be to photoshopped that degree. For those with an untrained eye, this is a very short woman who has had her body transplanted to that of a Rupaul-esque figured woman. Between the contouring of the body and the crazy hair, it is too dramatic a change. If I had a huge zit or I posed awkwardly and my chin looked doubled, I would want it reduced a bit. Just don`t give me a giraffe neck  ...
